Maney Station

Vision Building Group served as general contractor for Maney Station, a ground-up mixed-use development near downtown Murfreesboro. The building combines 13 residential units above ground-floor commercial space, bringing two distinct uses together on a compact South Maney Avenue property. The project demonstrates VBG’s experience coordinating residential and commercial construction within one building while supporting a development close to the city’s historic public square.
