We use a three-tiered pricing system designed to provide clarity and precision at every stage of your project. This step-by-step approach sets us apart by allowing us to continuously refine costs and focus on every detail as your project progresses.

Preliminary Estimate
This tier offers an initial broad range price based on the overall scope and size of the project. These numbers are derived from current industry standards and local labor rates, as well as our hands-on experience from current and prior projects.

Design Development Pricing
This next phase of pricing refinement occurs once the architect’s Design Development Set, often referred to as the DD Set, is complete. A DD Set gives us a better picture of the details of the project and means the design phase is approximately 80% complete.

Final Pricing
At 100% completion of the design process, the architect issues the finalized construction documents, called the CD Set. This is the set that is used for all construction activity and off which we will be able to issue your final detailed and accurate costs.
