Service Organization Facility

Completed Center for Excellence building at 408 Jayhawk Court in Murfreesboro.

Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Ground-up commercial · Approximately 7,000 SF

Vision Building Group constructed an approximately 7,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building for Center for Excellence at 408 Jayhawk Court in Murfreesboro. The organization provides day programming, life-skills development, transportation, and related support for individuals with unique needs. The ground-up project demonstrates VBG’s experience delivering commercial facilities for service organizations, with a building scaled to the client rather than a speculative multi-tenant development.
