Vision Building Group delivered two ground-up facilities for 8th & Roast on a tight Grandview Avenue property in Nashville, supporting the coffee company’s growth over approximately three years.
Phase 1 — Roasting Facility & Training Lab: At 2637 B Grandview Avenue, VBG constructed a pre-engineered metal building that brought coffee production and educational uses together. The facility also hosts community classes.
Phase 2 — Packaging & Distribution: At 2637 C Grandview Avenue, VBG constructed a ground-up packaging and distribution facility beside the roastery and training lab, adding space for the next stage of the business. This recently completed phase is the subject of VBG’s Construction Intelligence case study on managing unforeseen foundation-area water.
