Concrete crews were on site early with boom trucks and stem walls stretching sky-high. This pour marks the end of foundation work and the beginning of an incredibly complex steel erection phase.

If you’ve been around Nashville for at least a handful of years, you’ll recognize this as the warehouse for @399sofastore, which had notably cringe commercials on local TV with a cartoon sofa man super hero! (The last photo shows a great “before” photo) Padel is the fastest growing racquet sport in the WORLD, founded in Argentina in 1969. This Padel facility is the LARGEST indoor Padel facility in the United States and we had the privilege of serving as GC for the buildout. Complete with a @frothymonkeyroasters coffee bar, juice bar and healthy snacks, the Juice Haus will also begin serving beer and liquor in the upcoming days.
