 Do you already have plans?  If not, we have a library of luxury home floor plans to choose from that can be customized to fit your exact needs.  We have the capability to create a custom home plan from your vision if that is your preference. Our Life Style Questionnaire captures your preferences, priorities and details such as entertaining needs, open spaces, children, pets or again parents consideration.  Our professional team will work with you to create your perfect home within your budget requirements.  If your home is in a neighborhood with an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) we will ensure your plans win approval and are in alignment with their specific requirements.

Whether you bring your own Interior Designer or you use ours, this is the step where we complete the design of your home with your choices of finishes - millwork, lights, paint colors, flooring, and hardware. Our extensive collection of photos and samples will inspire you and guide you to make your best and informed decision.

Dry-in is one of the most exciting steps and where your custom design comes to life.  After the home is framed and dried in, we will bring you to the site to ensure placement of all mechanical, electrical, low voltage, cabinetry and plumbing systems meet your approval by marking the floors with outlines and making adjustment as needed.

At this step, will have one of our last team meetings to review and lock in your choices for cabinets, trim, hardwood floors and other finishes. All of your selections are archived in the BuilderTrend app so you can see the features and design of your new custom home from any mobile device 24/7. Any final change orders can be approved through the app with a touch of your finger on any touchscreen device. Your custom home is almost finished!

In the Plan Approval step, we will submit to the ARC if required and make adjustments if needed.  We will finalize a budget and schedule and introduce you to our BuilderTrend app which provides complete transparency.  With the app, you can monitor real-time progress, sign documents, see every financial detail and approve changes.  The BuilderTrend App is a key feature that underscores Envision Homes' commitment to complete transparency in the process of bringing your custom home to life.

Groundbreaking and dedication is an opportunity for celebration marking the start of construction of your luxury custom home!  We welcome you to join us in digging  a ceremonial shovel of dirt with friends and family. Once clearing and grading has been completed and the foundation is laid out, we will bring you back to the site to ensure that everything is just the way you like it. This is a thrilling time as framing begins and your dreams start to come to fruition. 

After sheetrock is installed, we pause to completely finish a window with trim, crown molding, baseboards, paint colors and floor samples to make sure you still love your selections. This is not a typical step in the construction industry, but your satisfaction is important and we want to make sure you are happy with your original choices. We will take another look outside of the home and discuss your landscaping and driveway designs.

Our Vice President of Construction will join your dedicated care team's project coordinator, superintendent and team leader and together they will conduct a detailed final inspection of your home to ensure everything is perfect. We will explain our warranty program, show you how to operate all the systems within your home, and deliver a detailed compilation of all equipment information. You will sign off on any outstanding items or changes needed prior to the project close out. Congratulations and welcome home!
